Unwoman's release "Unremembered" is a collection of previously released songs by the San Francisco area song writer/singer/cellist that she remixed/remastered/reworked.
Not surprisingly the results will be more loved by Unwoman's fans who prefer her electronic elements over her "acacella" numbers. But the results are still worth checking out by all who appreciate her work, especially the "Firecracker remix of The City" (which is stellar).
And considering that the cost for the digital download of this 14 track set is Name Your Price, this is a great way to be introduced to the talented you artist's work (or to play catch-up if you've been lagging behind).
So, not quite a "greatest hits", but still pretty great.
